Championships are over- but our work is not done. It’s time to reflect on what we did, how we did, and how we can do better next year. Thank you all so much for following us on this journey of building great teammates and citizens, and using our voice as athletes, coaches, and administrators, for good. Election Day has passed - and we just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work this season to make our democracy stronger. Let’s start off this post-season by making sure you are recognized for all your hard work! Post anything on social media tagging @theteamdotorg and we will amplify you. Email info@theteam.org your story and we will publish it, or email us your feedback and we will integrate it for next year.

It’s the last month of the year, and it’s time to reflect on the year that is now wrapping up. To jog your memory, open up a new word doc and detail out what you did this year individually, as a team, or an athletic department to get involved with civic engagement programming. Below that, answer the following three questions:
What are you most proud of from this year?
What helped you be successful and what do you wish you had more of?
What are your civic engagement goals for next year?
