 The "Table Talks" Civic Engagement Project

at Creighton University aimed to boost

student voter turnout and civic

engagement. Through table talks, we

educated students on voting, civic duties,

and civil discourse, focusing on student

athletes while reaching the entire student

body. Topics included candidate

information and election dates. We raised

awareness, encouraged voting pledges,

fostered respectful dialogues, and expanded

outreach. Our goal was to empower

students to actively shape their community

and democracy.
